Artichoke Dip

NOT spinach artichoke dip! Just artichoke. No spinach.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans artichoke hearts ("non marinated!")
  • 2 cups mayo ("must be Hellman's")
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated ("do not use the powdered shit")
  • 1 small onion ("red onion because it looks pretty") (or 1/2 regular onion)

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Drain artichoke hearts. Cut each into 1/2, then each half into 1/3s. Each heart becomes 6 pieces
  3. Chop up the onion pretty small
  4. Mix everything together
  5. Spray Pam in a 8"x10" casserole dish
  6. Bake for 20min. Check on it, bake a bit longer until it's brown on top and bubbly
